Polypropylene Honeycomb Core

PP honeycomb core is one of plastic honeycomb cores which is made of polypropylene material. As a lightweight, high strength, non-metallic, non-toxic, shockproof, long lifespan, eco-friendly and recyclable core material, pp honeycomb sheet is suitable to be bonded with FRP, wood grain sheet, aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet, marble sheet or rubber sheet etc to be used in truck body, mobile house, caravan and package.

Furthermore, bare core can be used in air filter and as flat surface for cutting tools (waterjet cutting machines). But a significant shortcoming of pp honeycomb core is its operating temperature cannot exceed 80 degree C. We also provide pp honeycomb panels.
