Lightweight Honeycomb Panel is an aluminum sandwich-type panel with high rigidity and extremely low weight which is made of honeycomb core, surface aluminum plate and bottom aluminum plate adhesive with environmental protection glue. The main materials are high-quality 3003 or 5052 aluminum plates for surface panel and bottom panel. It is an ideal material for a most of application in architecture, transport, display, etc.

Usually, the surface aluminum panel is treated with PVDF coating or PE coating. PVDF coating is suitable for outdoor because of its wide property of anti-weathering, anti-contamination and self-cleaning. Due to Polyester(PE) paint’s excellent characteristics, it can achieve versatile vivid color and higher gloss rate than PVDF, It is ideal for interior wall, decoration and signboard materials. And it can greatly reduce your cost.
